Elie Pariente is the Principal and Founder of EMP Capital Group. Mr. Pariente has been extensively involved in all area of real estate for over a decade, overseeing more than $400 million in deals in the new developments industry. Since founding EMP Capital Group, he has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of property development, from property acquisition to strategic development, in both design and construction.
In the last few years alone, Mr. Pariente has put together some of the most acclaimed deals to take place post recession. His extensive experience in property transactions has allowed him to excel as an all-encompassing property owner, developer and manager.
